Condition:

slight creasing along left side losses to the left corners outside the plate margins diagonal crease across the top left corner tear to the centre of bottom margin outside the plate multiple tears into the plate along the right side, approx 1-2cm long vertical slice into the paper near the right side central vertical fold crease through the print some grub to the surface along the bottom edge faintly coming into the print; overall in fair-good condition.
